Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in case of wrong item sent or damaged product received.  Please send us an email with order details, nature of complaint, and supporting photos within 24 hours from receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued via store credit and sent to your email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
