What do The Alchemist’s perfumes smell like?
The Alchemist’s perfumes are clean-smelling and gender-neutral, locally made in small batches using premium fragrance oils from France.
We currently have a small collection of six perfumes:
FRESH LINEN – Experience the clean, crisp scent of pure serenity.
PURE SHORES – Suround yourself with the fresh and invigorating essence of the beach.
SKIN DEW – The delicate, intimate, and subtly alluring scent of clean skin.
DEEP OCEAN – Dive into the essence of the ocean. Unisex, clean, and refreshingly aquatic.
SUMMER RAIN - A luscious summer fragrance with notes of grapefruit, mandarin, and hyacinth.
SPA DAY – Evoke feelings of tranquility throughout your day with our relaxing aromatherapy blend.
Aside from perfumes, what other products do you carry?
We have hand soaps, body wash, lotions, foot and body scrubs, body and massage oils, room and linen sprays, and a lot more.
What are your bestselling products?
Aside from our perfumes, other popular products include our Zen Body Wash and Body Scrub, Peppermint Cooling Foot Scrub and Foot Lotion, Peppermint Massage Oil, Lavender Body Oil, and Fresh Essence Body Wash.
Where are The Alchemist’s products made?
Our products are proudly made in the Philippines. We mix our own perfumes in our studio laboratory, while our body care and spa products are made by an FDA-accredited commissary that supplies the country’s top spas and salons.
Do you do refills?
For your refills, you may order our gallon sized jugs on selected soaps, body wash, lotions, and oils.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
We have a flat shipping fee of P150 within Metro Manila, with FREE SHIPPING on orders worth P2,500 and above.
Outside Metro Manila, the flat shipping fee is P250.
We currently ship orders within the Philippines only.
How long before I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days for Metro Manila, or 5 to 7 business days for Provincial shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Gcash, Maya, and Bank Deposit.
For credit card payments, choose Paypal, then enter credit card details.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in case of wrong item sent or damaged product received.
Please send us an email with order details, nature of complaint, and supporting photos within 24 hours from receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued via store credit and sent to your email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
